🔄 Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal

🕒 Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with European legislation, you have a 14-day period from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay penalties.
To exercise this right, contact us at contact@leafset.fr and include your order number.

📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
The return must be made within 14 days of your withdrawal request.
Customized or opened items are not eligible for return (unless defective).
Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense, unless the item is incorrect or damaged upon delivery.

💳 Refund Terms
If your return or withdrawal is accepted:
You will receive a store credit for the full amount of your order, including initial standard shipping costs.
This credit has no expiration date and can be used on all products in the store.
No monetary refund will be issued, except in cases of proven error or non-conformity.

❗ Non-returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
Customized or made-to-order products
Opened or used items
Items damaged by the customer
