By placing an order on the Leafset website, you fully accept these terms of service. Please read them carefully.

1. Store Information
The Leafset website is operated by a sole proprietorship registered in France.

2. Products
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photos are not contractual but faithfully reflect the items offered.
Each product is made in small batches or on demand, which may result in slight variations.

3. Orders
Placing an order on the site implies acceptance of these terms.
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent.

4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€) including VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Leafset reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without affecting already confirmed orders.

5. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or credit card.
Payment data is never stored on our servers.

6. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping is free on all orders.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. See the Shipping Policy for more information.

7. Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Returns are accepted under the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
Refunds are issued as store credit with no expiration date.

8. Intellectual Property
All elements on the site (texts, images, visuals, product designs) are the exclusive property of Leafset and may not be copied or used without prior permission.

9. Liability
Leafset cannot be held liable for misuse of the products sold, or for damage resulting from improper use or modification.

10. Personal Data
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal proceedings.
