📄 Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

These terms govern sales made on the Leafset website between the company and any buyer placing an order through the online store.

2. Products
Products are described as accurately as possible. Minor differences may occur between photos and the final product, especially for made-to-order or small-batch items.
All products are offered subject to availability.

3. Orders
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.
An email confirmation will be sent once the order is validated and payment is received.

4. Prices
Prices are listed in euros (€) including VAT.
Leafset reserves the right to change prices at any time, with no retroactive effect on confirmed orders.

5. Payment
Payment is required at the time of order. It is processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or credit card.
Payment data is handled exclusively by the payment providers and is never stored by Leafset.

6. Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders.
Packages are shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU law, you have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing justification.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
Refunds are issued as store credit with no expiration date.

8. Guarantees
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

9. Personal Data
Data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Leafset website (texts, images, logos, product designs) is protected. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of French courts.
